loading lift tables are generally used to load and unload semi-trailers, trucks or flatbed trucks. Submerged in a pit, you can use a classic hand pallet truck to place pallets, pallet boxes or your goods. The vehicle drives in front of the stage, you set the desired loading height, fold the loading flaps into the vehicle and you can easily load the goods.

On the Lift table platform became galvanized railings installed. These are necessary so that the operator or the goods cannot fall off the platform when loading. The front side - towards the vehicle - can remain open as there is no risk of falling here.

In the lower lifting position, the railings can simply be lifted out so that you can unload them on the building side using a pallet truck or forklift. Whether the railings are electrically controlled or not depends on the official requirements. If a query is necessary, the loading lifting table only lifts if the railings are stuck in the platform.

Raise the lifting table with a crane

The delivery of our loading lift tablesThe ones we assemble are usually done with crane trucks.

We hook the chains from the crane into the included lifting eyes and lift it lifting table directly from the truck into the concrete pit created by the customer. The lifting eyes are screwed through the platform into the base frame.

The packaging and the pallet must be dismantled hanging on the crane, as you can no longer access it in the pit.

The first hub without power

After the loading lift table has been placed in the pit, it must be aligned so that there is an even gap all around the pit. This is very easy because the lifting table is still attached to the crane.

Once you have completed this step, you must remove the lifting eyes. Then you hang the chains from the crane truck into the eyelets that are screwed into the lifting table platform. With some lifting table models you also have to work with belts and lift directly on the platform.

By lifting it with the crane, the platform is pulled upwards mechanically. As soon as you have reached the highest height, you must carefully insert the maintenance supports of the lifting table using an aid. The platform is then slowly lowered until the lifting table is held by the maintenance supports.

Now the crane can be unhooked and the cabling including commissioning of the loading lifting table can begin.

The next step is to... loading platform to the floor and pull the cables and hydraulic hose through the empty pipe to the desired position.

After connecting, you can carry out test strokes.

At the front of the Loading lifting table are manual Loading flaps dissuaded. These ensure that the vehicle does not have to be parked completely flush and straight in front of the lifting table. As soon as the vehicle is in front of the stage, you fold it onto the loading area and can e.g. B. drive over it with a pallet truck.

The loading flaps do not need to be installed on the loading lift table; this is already done in the factory.

If desired, loading flaps can also be operated at the push of a button.

Aggregate and control external

At Loading lifting tables in the outdoor area We always recommend positioning the drive and control outside the pit. If there is a flood due to heavy rain, the pit always fills up with water first. Placing it externally ensures that these components do not suffer water damage.

In this project, the customer chose a special location for the drive. We had to mount the unit at a height of 2m.
For this purpose, we have manufactured a collecting tray so that it can be screwed to the wall on site.

The customer didn't want a cable duct, so we laid the hydraulic hose and cables surface-mounted. To ensure that it still looks neat, attention was paid to the required length in advance.
