Clean & robust

For regular, intensive cleaning – even in demanding environments.

V2A or V4A

The appropriate stainless steel grade depends on the medium, cleaning agents and area of application.

Working ergonomically

Height adjustment for a healthy working posture and more efficient processes.

Stainless steel lifting table with single scissors

Stainless steel lifting table with single scissors

These compact stainless steel lifting tables are frequently used in the food industry, in butcher shops, in cheese dairies or in the pharmaceutical sector.

Whether for processing, packaging or unpacking: every work step takes place at an ergonomic and healthy working height thanks to the lifting table.

  • Custom manufacturing In size and shape as desired.
  • Ideal for hygiene zones thanks to its stainless steel construction.

If the hub needs to be a bit larger, then our Double scissor lift tables made of stainless steel for use.

Our systems excel here with their large lifting capacity. Options such as railings, roll-off protection, or underrun protection are, of course, also available for these models.

  • Large lift for higher levels and distances.
  • Security options such as railings and roll-off protection.
Stainless steel lifting table in U-shape

Stainless steel lifting table with U-shape

Our stainless steel lifting tables can be used not only with a closed platform, but also with a U-Platform to be manufactured.

This means that the stainless steel U-shaped lifting table can be easily loaded and unloaded with a standard pallet truck, without the need for a pit or ramp.

  • Very low installation height – often usable without a pit.
  • pallet truck friendly by practical cutout.

Comprehensive guide: Stainless steel lifting tables in detail

As the name suggests, these lifting tables are extremely corrosion-resistant. They withstand harsh environments and can even tolerate the regular use of aggressive cleaning agents.

Areas of application and hygiene

Our stable stainless steel lifting tables are used in various hygiene-critical areas, such as wet areas, outdoor areas, commercial kitchens, the food industry, butcher shops, cheese dairies or laboratories.

Especially in areas where hygienic operation and absolute cleanliness are paramount, stainless steel lifting tables are used. The platform, base frame, scissor mechanism, and in some cases even the cylinders are made of stainless steel. Despite intensive cleaning, these stainless steel lifting tables have an exceptionally long service life.

Cleaning and drive in the cleanroom

The lifting tables can be easily cleaned with water and a pressure washer. However, when cleaning with water, we always recommend placing the hydraulic unit (motor & control) outside the lifting table in a protected area to avoid unnecessary downtime.

If the tables are used in a cleanroom, it must always be clarified with the customer whether the electro-hydraulic drive is permitted there. In many cases, we equip our lifting tables for these sensitive areas with special components. Cooking oil or with biodegradable oil.

Ergonomics in the workplace

Back problems are among the most common causes of work-related absences. Maintaining a healthy posture at work and avoiding manually lifting heavy objects can help prevent this. Our stainless steel lifting tables make both easier – regardless of your height.

Frequently asked questions about stainless steel lift tables

Important details for planning in the hygiene, food or cleanroom sector.

Specifically for stainless steel lifting tables
Why do you need a stainless steel lift table?
For hygienic or damp environments in which normal painted steel would corrode quickly. Stainless steel is easy to clean and resists moisture much better.
What is the difference between painted and galvanized lifting tables?
Paint and galvanising only protect the surface; damage or chemicals damage them. Stainless steel is completely corrosion-resistant and is therefore favoured in food and wet areas.
Are stainless steel lift tables suitable for use with food?
Yes, this is exactly what they are often used for - thanks to their smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces and high corrosion resistance. They are standard in food and pharmaceutical environments.
V2A or V4A – which type of stainless steel should I choose?
For normal hygiene and wet areas, V2A (304) is usually sufficient. For chloride-containing media, aggressive cleaning agents, or near the sea, V4A (316) is recommended because it is significantly more resistant to acids and corrosion.
How are stainless steel lift tables cleaned?
Use suitable, material-compatible cleaners and clear rinses; avoid abrasive tools. Electropolished surfaces can be cleaned particularly thoroughly.
Are they suitable for wet areas and high-pressure cleaning?
Yes, stainless steel withstands moisture and splashes of water better than painted steel. Nevertheless, ensure that sensitive components (drive/electrical system) are adequately protected or covered, or that the unit is installed externally.
Are there stainless steel lift tables for ATEX zones?
Yes. Versions for potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX) are available; ensure you have the appropriate certification for your zone.
Can they be used in a cold store or freezer room?
Yes, but then you'll need cold-weather-resistant hydraulic fluids, seals, and possibly special designs. This should be explicitly taken into account during configuration.
Are there mobile stainless steel solutions?
Yes, so-called stainless steel lifting table trolleys for flexible use. They combine hygiene advantages with mobility, but due to their load capacity and lifting distance, they are more suitable for lighter applications.
Which sector benefits the most?
Food processing, butcher shops, cheese dairies, pharmaceutical/medical technology (laboratories) and generally wet or cleaning areas. Corrosion protection and easy cleaning quickly pay for the investment in these sectors.
Why are stainless steel lift tables more expensive - is it worth it?
While the materials and manufacturing processes are more complex, downtime due to rust or damage is reduced, and cleaning is much faster. In hygiene-critical areas, they are usually the only sensible choice from both an economic and regulatory perspective.
General questions about lifting tables
Which security features are mandatory?
In Europe, the EN 1570-1 standard applies; it requires, among other things, safety edges/foot guards, an emergency stop, and a dead man's switch. Many of our models have a surrounding safety edge directly under the platform.
How do I find the right load capacity?
Use the maximum weight plus safety reserve as a guide and take the load distribution into account. EN 1570-1 requires, among other things, that the nominal load is safely absorbed even with surface loads.
