SKFreight lift without pit
The task in this project was to transport mopeds and other items to the upper floor using a freight lift. This sounds relatively simple and can be done with one lifting table or one column lifter be done in a closed shaft.
However, the customer also specified that no shaft could be built on the ground floor, i.e. directly in the workshop. The load lifter also had to do without a pit in the ground because the area had to remain partially usable.
In collaboration with the authorities and an authorized civil engineer, we found, installed and handed over a great lifting solution for our satisfied customer.
The load capacity of Freight elevator The weight was relatively low at 250 kg – we can easily transport several tons here. The platform measured 2350 x 1500 mm. The difference in elevation was 3900 mm. The approach height is only 100 mm and can be overcome using a ramp.

During our initial on-site visit, we only found a ceiling opening. We immediately measured and inspected this opening. We also measured the difference in floor level between the two levels to ensure we could install the correct solution. load lifter could offer.
After taking the natural measurements, we discussed with the customer what needed to be lifted, how heavy and how big the parts were. The loading side was also defined so that the gates are on the correct side.
We also have all other structural measures for the same column lifter, such as grounding, power connection, conduits, statics, etc. were discussed.

The hydraulic column jacks The platform is fully assembled and tested at the factory. Depending on the size of the lift or local conditions (door sizes, accessibility, aisle widths, etc.), we may deliver the platform with the railings disassembled.
In very special cases we can also deliver the mast in a split version.
In this project we were able to Heber Transport it fully assembled to the customer and set it up with the protective packaging. This has the advantage that assembly is quicker and there is hardly any damage.

Upper stop secured
In this project, we erected a mesh wall on two sides of the upper bus stop – on the first floor. At the front, we installed a double-leaf mesh gate.
Due to the forced contact on the door, it can only be opened when the column lifter is at the top position. Likewise, he can Freight lift without a pit only drive off when the gate is closed.
This function is monitored by our controller.
There is no control unit at the upper stop because you cannot see the danger area under the platform from here. Operation from above is only permitted in a closed shaft.
