Hydraulic scissor lift table with a 20 ton load capacity in a solid design.
Our German industrial customer was looking for six hydraulic scissor lift tables to raise and lower its coils or drums. These drums weigh up to 20,000 kg and a maximum diameter of 3000 mm.
What was challenging was that the drums were very heavy and the load had to be transferred only via the running surface.
We therefore had to specially reinforce the platform on these running surfaces so that the lifting table was not damaged when loading or when the drums rolled over.
The heavy-duty lifting tables have a load capacity of 20 tons, a platform size of 3200 x 2800 mm, and a stroke of 1250 mm. A special feature here was that the lifting tables were installed in a... deep pit They were installed. This allowed the customer to lower the platform below ground level and raise it above. In the center position, all lifting tables are flush with the hall floor. To prevent any step from forming during loading, we equipped all lifting tables with a bolt locking mechanism.

Every lifting table that leaves our factory is checked by quality assurance immediately after final assembly.
For this project, the customer gave us a checklist, which we completed. Only after this confirmation were we allowed to deliver the lifting tables.

Due to the large dimensions of the heavy scissor lift table we had to take it to an external painter.

Assembling the scissor lift table
Once the parts are returned from the paint shop, they are joined together in final assembly. With this project, we were able to do everything at once. six lifting tables at once complete.

After the lifting tables have been checked, they are loaded directly onto the semi-trailer. This is not done by the truck driver, but by our trained staff.
Our robust and solid special lifting tables are always directly to our customers clever. This prevents delays or transport damage caused by transshipment by the shipping company.
