Car lift table with canopy

A German private customer has planned a villa, but there is not enough space on the property for the required number of parking spaces. Through his research he came across the maluk car lifting tables with canopy.
In the first step, we created an offer including delivery, assembly and training and sent some sketches and pictures. After a few changes and additions to the special requests, we received the customer's order.
In the next step, we created a shaft plan. This not only shows the dimensions of the elevator shaft, but also all the necessary fittings. Empty pipes are required for the control system and the gate, a drain and a power supply line. A location for the motor and the control system with sufficient lighting is also planned.
Production begins once the plan and system drawing have been approved. The car lifting table has a load capacity of 10,000 kg, as it must lift not only a car, but also the canopy and the paving. The platform has a size of 5500 x 2850 mm. We can manufacture this in any size upon customer request.
The required lift for this project was set at 3000 mm. We can also supply the lift upon customer request. The construction height, which determines the pit depth, was 1100 mm here.

Car lifting table - planning, delivery and assembly from a single source
In the quotation phase, we only create a rough sketch so that the architect can continue planning. If the order is placed, the customer receives a detailed shaft plan with all dimensions, empty pipes and other necessary preparations.
After manufacturing the lifting table, we also take care of the delivery with a crane truck and carry out the assembly.
In the picture, the lifting table including platform, scissors and base frame is lifted into the prepared shaft pit.
All of our lifting tables are fully assembled and tested in the factory and then delivered to the construction site almost ready for connection.
Galvanized car lifting table with canopy structure
In the picture you can see the car lifting table in the upper lifting position. In this position you drive the car onto the platform.
You then have to get out and lower the lifting table with canopy and the car down. The control is done in dead man mode, only from the upper stop. The operator is responsible for ensuring that there are no people or other obstacles near the lifting system during the lifting process.
Under the canopy you can still see the lighting we installed. Riding along is not allowed, but the customer wanted to have enough light to park in the basement.
In this position, the lifting table is secured with a bolt lock. This means that the lifting table rests on 4 bolts that are supported in the customer's wall. This means that there is no deflection when driving a car onto the system.
Canopy closes perfectly in the lower lifting position
When the lifting table is in the lower stop, i.e. in the parking position, the canopy cover almost completely closes off the shaft pit. There is only a small gap all around.
The underside of the roof extends into a surrounding drainage ditch and ensures that no surface water runs into the shaft pit.
The customer will then place a paving layer in the tub so that the system is barely visible in the driveway.
The area can then be accessed by another car. However, the second car must not be lifted.
Securing the lower stop with a sectional door
The lower stop and the shaft pit are secured with a monitored sectional door.
The galvanized car lift can only be raised if the gate in the basement is properly closed. This is monitored by the control of the gate and the lifting table.
In the picture we opened the gate in service mode, so you can see underneath the platform.
The maintenance support is visible in red on the scissors. This must always be unfolded when carrying out work under the platform.
