SKLoading lifting table with assembly
We had to have one for a large German grocer massive and robust loading lifting table delivery and on site mount. After assembly, we carried out training and had the acceptance carried out by an authorized civil engineer.
The Loading lifting table has a load capacity of 4000kg evenly distributed across the entire platform. The platform size was set at 3150 x 1550 mm. The level difference is 800mm. A gate was installed to secure the upper stop.
Due to the use indoors, we decided to paint it. We used galvanized loading lifting tables outside.
Thanks to our own technicians and our Austria-wide service network, we can Lift table assemblies perform anywhere. Lifting devices can be organized by the customer or by us. However, the power connection must always be carried out by an electrician on site.
Assembly process for the loading lifting table
Base frame for the pit
In this project, the construction company concreted the shaft pit 300mm too deep. So that the loading lifting table can still reach the upper level, we have manufactured a solid, self-supporting base frame. We lifted this into the pit and secured it.
If the loading lift table If it had had 300mm more useful stroke, we would have it lifting table attached to the concrete floor, the support bolts extended to the actual height and the upper level was readjusted using the stroke limit switch.
However, this model did not have a 300mm reserve.
What was challenging was that our technicians were already on site in Linz and the frame had to be manufactured overnight by a local locksmith.
Lifting from the loading lifting table
The Lifting from a lifting table is usually carried out directly with a crane truck, a forklift or the construction crane. Every now and then, however, special challenges arise due to construction progress or structural conditions.
The installation here was very difficult because there was a concrete ramp on the outside with an approximately 3 meter long platform. The massive one had to be behind it loading lift table, which has a dead weight of 2500kg, must be lifted into an even deeper pit.
In addition, the clearance height of the gate was very low and a classic truck loading crane would not have been able to do it.
So we resorted to a telescopic loader. This was able to lift the loading lifting table into the building with the narrow side first. Inside we had to go over the pit to get to it lifting table hanging from the crane.

Loading lifting table with lifting eyes
Our stable loading lifting tables are always delivered with lifting eyes. These eyelets are inserted through the platform and screwed into the base frame. On the one hand, this serves as transport security and on the other hand as a lifting aid.
The chain from the special lifting device is hooked into the 4 eyelets and the Lift table on the base frame lifted and placed in the pit. During this process, the lifting table is aligned very precisely so that it does not have to be moved with great effort later.
In the next step, the eyelets are removed, the maintenance hatch is opened and the lifting table is temporarily connected so that it can be moved upwards.
If no maintenance hatch is available, the platform can be mechanically raised – without electricity – using a lifting device and placed on the maintenance supports. Once the platform is in the upper position, access can be gained underneath it to make the temporary connection.
Commissioning of the loading lifting table
As soon as the Lift table in the pit is positioned, you can start commissioning.
First, the lifting table is precisely aligned and attached to the pit floor or base frame. The electrician will then establish the power connection and grounding.
In the next step, the control element is attached to the desired position. Empty pipes for this were concreted in beforehand. The stroke limit switch is set to the upper level and the PVC protective roller blind is screwed onto the front.
And that's it Loading lifting table fully assembled and can be handed over to the customer.
